Former Acton Economic Development Committee Chair Dies at 79
Richard "Dick" Calandrella was also a member of the Acton Nursing Committee and was an active member of Acton Cable Access Television.

ACTON, MA—A long-time public servant of the Town of Acton died Monday at the age of 79.
Dick Calandrella, 79, was a 40 year resident of Acton; and also served as the chairman of the Economic Development Committee and as a member of the Acton Nursing Committee. According to a blog post from Town Manager Steven Ledoux, Dick was also an active member of Acton Cable Access Television.
"Dick was always willing to volunteer his time and expertise to the Town of Acton and he will be missed very much by all of us," Ledoux wrote."Our thoughts are with Dick’s family"
