Pizza Shop Surprises Littleton Basketball Coach With Free Lunch

To celebrate March Madness, Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza surprised LHS Assistant Coach Mike Foustoukos with a "Well Done" lunch.

LITTLETON, MA – Littleton High School Varsity Boys Basketball Assistant Coach Mike Foustoukos received a surprise lunch from Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza in the middle of his history class on Monday.

The popular coach has been with the team for five years and also works as a history teacher at the school. Anthony's surprised Foustoukos with a "Well Done" lunch in honor of March Madness.

Foustoukos has been described as someone who loves the sport for whom basketball has been "a lifelong passion, both as a player and coach."

Florida-based chain Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza began expanding into Massachusetts in 2015, opening locations in Reading, Northborough, Littleton, Newton and Westwood. NFL Hall of Famer Dan Marino is a restaurant partner.
