Police Log: Accidents, a Lockout and a Warrant Arrest
The following information was provided by the Acton Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, Oct. 15
6:14 a.m. – Police checked Donelan’s Market on Great Road for a reported motor vehicle violation.
7:49 a.m. – Police responded to a reported minor motor vehicle accident with no injuries on Main Street. The responding officer assisted with a paperwork exchange.

7:56 a.m. – A transformer problem was reported on Charter Road.
9:32 a.m. – Police responded to Freedom Farme Road for a well being check initiatied by a resident’s employer. The repsondong officer spoke with the man, and reported there were no issues.

10:06 a.m. – An accidental LifeLine call came in from Stow Street. The responding officer reported the call was from a Concord address, and not Acton.
3:40 p.m. – Police responded to a reported motor vehicle accident on Massachusetts Avenue and assisted with a paper exchange.
5:54 p.m. – Officers executed a warrant arrest on Wampus Avenue. Thomas M. Bates, 69, of Apt. 9 Wampus Ave., Acton, was arrested on Waltham warrants for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and unregistered motor vehicle.
6:34 p.m. – Police responded to a reported motor vehicle accident on Mass Ave.
11:30 p.m. – Officers assisted with a lockout on Parker Street.Â
