Police Log: Alarms, Suspicious Activity and a Reported Domestic

The following information was provided by the Acton Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Thursday, Dec. 5

10:17 a.m. – Police responded to a reported alarm activation on Eathan Allen Drive. It was confirmed as accidental.

11:46 a.m. – A 911 call came in from a Central Street residence. It was confirmed as accidental by the homeowner.

2:52 p.m. – Police responded to a report of a low-hanging wire on Quaboag Road. Verizon was notified of the wire.

4:03 p.m. – A Hosmer Street resident reported suspicious activity regarding his motor vehicle.

4:24 p.m. – Police responded to Central Street for a reported domestic. The responding officer confirmed it was an argument between a mother and her son’s girlfriend, who had left the house.

9:59 p.m. – Police responded to a fire alarm sounding on Heritage Road. It was a determined to be a faulty smoke alarm on the first floor.
