Police Log: Annoying Phone Calls, Unwanted Guests

Friday, Oct. 11
7:53 a.m. – Police responded to a residential burglar alarm on Willow Street. According to the log entry, the alarm was triggered accidentally by the homeowner.
9:57 a.m. – Police responded to Minuteman Road for a possible domestic incident/neighbor dispute.

11:14 a.m. – A past hit-and-run accident was reported on Great Road.
11:24 a.m. – Police responded to a reported motor vehicle accident on Main Street.

1:12 p.m. – A report of a past hit-and-run accident came in from Acton-Boxborough Regional High School.
4:08 p.m. – Police responded to a report of a woman walking down the railroad tracks on Martin Street. The responding officer reported the woman in question was just walking home, and there were no issues.
5:01 p.m. – Police responded to a reported animal problem on Ledge Rock Way.
6:02 p.m. – A Magnolia Drive resident reported receiving annoying phone calls. The responding officer reported the calls in question were part of an attempted scam.
7:28 p.m. – Police responded to a report of an unwanted person at a Parker Street residence.Â
