Police Log: Trespassing, Threatening Phone Calls and a Noise Complaint

The following information was provided by the Acton Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Friday, Oct. 18

1:03 a.m. – Police responded to a report of the gates stuck down at the railroad crossing on Park Street.

1:35 a.m. – A report of suspicious activity came in from Discovery Way. The responding officer reported finding the doors unsecured.

8:27 a.m. – Police responded to a reported past domestic on Windsor Avenue.

9:18 a.m. – Police responded to a reported attempted larceny on Main Street.

12:49 p.m. – A call came in reporting illegal dumping involving people allegedly throwing trash in other companies' dumpsters on Great Road.

6:12 p.m. – Police responded to a report of illegal dumping in a dumpster on Mass Ave.

6:05 p.m. – A 911 hangup came in from Great Road, which was confirmed as accidental by an employee.

7:48 p.m. – Police responded to a report of trespassing on Charter Road, and issued a “No Trespass” notice to a person for the school complex and Leary Field.

8:54 p.m. – A noise complaint came in from Town House Lane.

9:52 p.m. – A Strawberry Hill Road resident reported receiving threatening phone calls.
