1. Adventures for Young Chemists: Drop by the Science Discovery Museum between 2 and 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday so the young chemists can try their hand at doing wet chemistry in a model glove box and learn why some chemists use glove boxes and hoods. Get the details here.Â
2. Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website, public meetings posted for Dec. 17 include the Acton Housing Authority at 4 p.m., the Commission on Disabilities at 9:30 a.m. and the Acton-Boxborough Transitional School Committee's Superintendent Search Subcommittee at 4:30 p.m.Â
