Those in charge at the Arlington Center for the Arts have thanked the public in announcing that it has reached its year-end fund-raising goal of $60,000.

"Because of your gifts, our arts classes, camps, exhibits and signature events will continue to make a positive impact on this great community," a Jan. 8 email says.
Meanwhile, winter classes and workshops are due to start Monday.
A few spaces remain. Most of the curriculum is taught virtually.
