Arlington to seek input on Senior Center feasibility study
The Town of Arlington has drafted a feasibility study to determine if the current space located in the Arlington Senior Center.
ARLINGTON-The Town of Arlington has drafted a feasibility study to determine if the current space located in the Arlington Senior Center at 27 Maple Street is adequate for the future of senior needs.
Sterling and Associates reviewed current and future programming, reviewed population data, staffing data and developed draft plans redesigning the space demonstrating the feasibility of utilizing the space for the future of the Senior Center, according to a release. A meeting was held on June 15 to begin obtaining resident input on the future of the center. Additional meetings will be held on:
Wednesday, June 29 from 10-11 am and Thursday, July 14 from 11:30-12:30 p.m. in the Senior Center, 27 Maple Street. Additionally, the draft plans will be available for viewing online and in the lobby of the Senior Center. Comments and suggestions can be written and submitted at the Senior Center or sent to: boh@town.arlington.ma.us
