Alleged Heroin Dealer Arrested in Arlington
Arlington Police arrested two men at Massachusetts and Park avenues.

A man with a history of heroin dealing charged was arrested by Arlington Police after an investigation into allegations of drug dealing in a commercial district, authorities said.
Johnny McCloskey, 26, of Medford, was arrested on Wednesday, June 24 at about 5:30 p.m. Wednesday in the area of Massachusetts and Park avenues, where police were investigating reports of illegal drug activity, authorities said. Police allegedly observed McCloskey make a hand-to-hand transaction with his customer, identified as Scott Pisano, 32, of Lexington.
McCloskey and Pisano were both stopped and detained by police. During which police searched McCloskey and discovered several Clonazepam pills and an undisclosed amount of cash. A package of heroin was located with Pisano, police said.

McCloskey was charged with distribution of a Class A drug (heroin), possession of a Class C drug with the intent to distribute, conspiracy to violate drug law and a drug violation near a school or park, according to Arlington Police.
Pisano was charged with possession of a Class A drug (heroin) and conspiracy to violate the drug law, authorities said.

Both men were arrested and held at the Arlington Police Department pending arraignment in Cambridge District Court.
