ICYMI: Alleged Arlington Child Porn Fiend Indicted
Derrick Jones, 44, is formally charged with receiving and owning child pornography.

An Arlington man police say had more than 44,000 pornographic images of children on his computer when he was charged in May was indicted in a U.S. District Court on Thursday, according to the U.S. D.A.’s statement to the media.
Derrick Jones, 44, is formally charged with receipt and possession of child pornography.
Allegedly, he exchanged the vile images via file sharing programs, and watched exploitative videos of children as young as infants.

This isn’t the first time Jones has found himself in this type of situation. He was convicted of two counts of possession of child pornography in Oct. 2005, according to the U.S. District Attorney’s Office.
Jones is looking at between 15 and 40 years in prison for the charge of receipt of child pornography, in addition to a minimum of 10 to 20 years in prison for possession.
