Million Dollar Homes In Arlington

ARLINGTON, MA — There are currently nine homes on the market in Arlington asking for more than $1 million. Two of those homes are asking for more than $1.8 million. The realtor appears to be attempting to attract developers to the property of one of them, which boasts major privacy and quite a bit of land. $1.85 Million - second most expensive in town

This home at 25 Brunswick Road may look unassuming from the road, but up the driveway you get this view. Realtor.com has a listing that calls on developers to take a look at the property, which apparently is among the largest lots currently available in town and has three deeded lots for potential development. It also has skyline views of Boston & Belmont. The realtor site also notes the home is in fine condition but might need some touch ups. The kitchen looks pretty great, though.

$1.88 million - the most expensive in town

This home on Spy Pond Parkway comes in as the most expensive home on the market in Arlington, according to Realtor.com. Not only is this mansion (while there are a few different ways that some define mansions, we figure homes that are at least 5,000 square feet qualify regardless of how glamorous) situated right on Spy Pond, but it's got a unique look.
