World's Happiest Man Arrested In Arlington

It helps to have an optimistic attitude, and do what you can to bring a smile into everyone’s day, regardless of the circumstances.

Just ask John W. Fish, 28, of Lexington, who Arlington Police say they arrested on Forest Street around 10:30 a.m. Thursday.

Police say they recognized Fish from prior encounters, and upon checking, discovered he had warrants out in Malden and Cambridge.

The arrest report doesn’t specify what the standing charges against Fish are, but he sure doesn’t look too concerned about them.
