6-10 Inches: Attleboro Snowfall Forecast Upgraded
Winter Storm Jonas will also batter Attleboro with 55 mph winds Saturday. Power outages are possible.

ATTLEBORO, MA — Winter Storm Jonas will bury Attleboro in 6-10 inches of snow Saturday.
The National Weather Service issued a winter storm warning for Seekonk and Swansea through Sunday morning, saying the region will receive 6-10 inches of snow, accompanied by 45 mph wind gusts. Power outages are possible.
Blizzard conditions were expected on Martha’s Vineyard.

- A WINTER STORM WARNING IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EST SUNDAY
- SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 6 TO 10 INCHES.
- TIMING...SNOW WILL DEVELOP AROUND LATE MORNING AND MAY BE BRIEFLY HEAVY AT TIMES IN THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING. GUSTY WINDS UP TO 35 MPH COMBINED WITH THE SNOW WILL RESULT IN BLOWING SNOW AND POOR VISIBILITIES AT TIMES. THE SNOW WILL BEGIN TO TAPER OFF AFTER MIDNIGHT.
- IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL WITH SNOW COVERED ROADS AND POOR VISIBILITIES.
- WINDS...NORTHEAST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH.
