7-11 in Attleboro to Hand Out Free Slurpees

7-Eleven has announced this year to celebrate the store’s founding they will hand out free slurpees on Thursday.

The difference is this year they will hand out 12-ounce servings rather than the 7.11-ounce cups of last year.

The chain started out as a small grocery store at a Dallas ice company and has since worked its way up to national notoriety. It started in 1927 and has since opened over 50,000 stores.

The 7-11 in Attleboro will start handing out the beverages at 11 a.m.
