Aaron Hernandez's House For Sale

NORTH ATTLEBORO, MA — Aaron Hernandez's North Attleboro mansion is for sale and the proceeds could go the family of the man he was convicted of killing.

Hernandez, once a star tight end for the New England Patriots, is serving life is prison for murdering Odin Lloyd in 2013. He's facing another murder trial in the killing of two men in 2012.

Hernandez's former home at 22 Ronald C. Meyer was placed on the market for $1.5 million. The listing doesn't mention the former owner.

"Pottery Barn look entryway off the garage," the listing reads. "The finished basement also offers a full bath including a sauna and ice bath a theater room and a possible workout room."

The home played a key part in Hernandez's murder trial. Police seized security cameras Hernandez installed there; footage placed him there minutes after Lloyd's murder.

The proceeds from the sale will be placed into an account that could be awarded to Lloyd's family as part of a lawsuit, the Boston Globe reported.

The five-bedroom, two-bathroom house is available only for "private showings ... with pre-approval."
