Assault with Bug Spray, Mailbox Destruction
Four arrests are reported for Jan. 28 to Feb. 3.

The Seekonk Police Department reported the following recent arrests (an arrest does not indicate a conviction):
Feb. 2
- *3:30 p.m. Patrick Sean Carney, 50, of Seekonk was arrested at his Back Street home after police were called about a general disturbance. He was arrested on suspicion of assault and battery, domestic assault and battery and two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon with bug spray and a radio being the weapons.Â
- 9:37 p.m. Tommy Matthew Paker, 26, of Barrington was arrested at Mary's Motor Lodge (1159 Fall River Ave.) after police were called about a general disturbance. He was arrested on suspicion of violating an abuse prevention order.

- 11:37 a.m. Brian K. Brotherns, 42, of North Providence was arrested on Taunton Avenue following a traffic stop. He was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and using a false name or address.Â
- 3:45 p.m. William C. Galego, 27, of Pocahontas Drive in Seekonk was arrested following a report of people kicking over mailboxes in the town. The party fled when officers arrived, according to the log, and Galego was the only person found. He was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and malicious destruction of property worth $250 or less.
