Attleboro Cultural Council To Host Jazzin' the Blues Concerts

The events will take place virtually through Attleboro Public Library on Thursday, May 20 and Saturday, June 5.

ATTLEBORO, MA — The Attleboro Cultural Council, a local agency supported by the Mass Cultural Council, will be hosting professional musician Paul Speidel for two virtual Jazzin' the Blues Concerts through Attleboro Public Library

The concerts will take place Thursday, May 20 at 7 p.m. and Saturday, June 5 at 2 p.m. and take listeners through the historical journey of Jazz evolution from its beginnings right up to modern day.

Paul Speidel has performed at major clubs and festivals in the Greater Boston area, such as
Scullers, Ryles, Johnny D's, and Acton Jazz Cafe. He also taught Jazz and Blues in the Newton Public Schools for many years and recently performed live on on WBUR’s “Radio Boston” program to nearly 500,000 listeners.
