Attleboro weather: the start of April will feature "annoyingly chilly" temperatures about 20 degrees below normal.

ATTLEBORO, MA — April is just around the corner—so are some "annoyingly chilly" temperatures for Attleboro.
An arctic cold front will roll through the region Saturday night and may drop snow Sunday to the north in southern New Hampshire, according to the National Weather Service.
Strong winds and rain will accompany the rain this weekend, according to NWS.

It's part of a surge of cold air churning across Canada, Weather.com's Linda Lam reported, adding New England temperatures will be about 20 degrees colder than usual this weekend. Lows on Sunday and Monday in Attleboro will be in the 20s.
"Widespread record cold temperatures are not currently expected, but for most it will still be an unwelcome change," Lam wrote, adding it will be "annoyingly chilly."

Meanwhile, temperatures will rise over 60 degrees in Attleboro later this week. Here's the latest forecast:
- Wednesday: Sunny. High of 48 degrees, low 40. 10 mph winds.
- Thursday: Mostly sunny. High 63, low 52. 25 mph winds.
- Friday: Rain. High 57, low 44.
