Attleboro's Meagan Fuller Makes It to Miss America Stage

Attleboro’s Meagan Fuller appeared at Sunday’s Miss America pageant.

Fuller, 22, a Tulane University graduate student, won the Miss Massachusetts contest earlier this year to earn a trip to the national show.

Fuller didn’t make it to the final round of 15. Miss Georgia Betty Cantrell ended up winning the Miss America crown.

“It has been a crazy past two weeks and I couldn’t be more excited to make the drive back to Massachusetts,” Fuller said in a statement. “Love my home, love my state, and love my New England Patriots. I got your back Tom Brady.”

During part of the competition, Cantrell was asked about Brady and said she believed he cheated in the ”DeflateGate” controversy.
