ATTLEBORO, MA — A ballot drop box has been placed at the rear entrance of Attleboro City Hall for the upcoming fall elections.

Residents can drop off mail-in voting applications and the ballots themselves. The box will be emptied twice a day and be monitored with a live-feed security camera.

The box is for Attleboro residents only and is the preferred form of voting in the city to minimize the amount of traffic in the Elections Office due to the coronavirus crisis.

Those who would like to drop their early voting ballots off in person can do so on the second second floor of City Hall at the Elections office. Howe

Those who have requested a mail-in ballot, but changed their minds and would rather vote in person must go through a process to cancel their mail-in ballot so it is ensured they are not voting twice.
