Chamber of Commerce to Host Economic Summit

The United Regional Chamber of Commerce, which represents businesses in Attleboro and nearby communities, is sponsoring an economic summit this Tuesday at Bristol Community College.

The event will include presentations by various speakers about opportunities for grant funding for workforce development and business expansion. 

Among those expected to make presentations are representatives from:

• Mass Development
• Mass Manufacturing Extension Partnership
• Mass Small Business Development Center
• Mass Office of Business Development
• Attleboro Career Center
• Bristol Community College
• Bridgewater State University
• National Federation Of Independent Business

"The event is free and open to business owners, human resource managers and anyone interested in getting grants and funding to expand their business and/or train their workforce, in the area," wrote Jack Lank, chamber president.
