Columbus Day in Attleboro: No Trash Pickup

ATTLEBORO, MA — Columbus Day is Monday and in Attleboro schools will be closed and there will be no trash/recycling pickup will operate on a normal schedule.

Here's a list of what's open and closed in Attleboro Monday:

• Schools: Closed.
• Trash: No trash/recycling pickup. Monday routes picked up Tuesday; Tuesday routes will be picked up Wednesday; and so on through the rest of the week.
• Mail: No mail delivery. Post offices are closed.
• Banks: Most banks are closed. Check with your financial institution to be sure.
• Financial markets: U.S. markets open.
• Government offices: Closed.
