Drugs, Assault, Reckless Endangerment of Children

Twenty-three arrests are reported for the week of April 8-14.

The Attleboro Police Department reported the following recent arrests and charges (an arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction).

April 8

  • 5:43 a.m. Juan C. Vizcarrondo, 26, of Attleboro was arrested at 106 Park St. on suspicion of assault with a dangerous weapon and domestic assault and battery.
  • 12:44 p.m. Juan F. Garcia, 45, of Attleboro was arrested at 219 South Main St. on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a license.
  • 3:17 p.m. Michael Joseph Semegen, 42, of Pawtucket was arrested on North Main Street on a warrant as well as suspicion of negligent operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and refusal to identify himself. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
  • 7:33 p.m. Christopher Allan Tansey, 28, of Attleboro was arrested at 103 Pleasant St. on a warrant. He was charged with felony daytime breaking and entering.

April 9

  • 9:27 p.m. William J. Goyea, 42, of Attleboro was arrested on Hope Street on suspicion of disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.
  • 2:54 p.m. Daniel J. Anderson, 35, of Attleboro was arrested at 480 Pleasant St. on suspicion of disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and trespassing.

April 10

  • 3:08 p.m. William E. Doherty, 69, of Attleboro was arrested at 15A Starkey Ave. on a warrant. He was charged with larceny over $250.
  • 7:32 p.m. Justin M. Iannelli, 33, of Rumford, R.I. was arrested on Bacon Street on a warrant. He was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
  • 9:32 p.m. Deric Jean Muggle, 22, of Attleboro was arrested on George Street on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. He was also accused of speeding.

April 11

  • 12:57 p.m. Jacob Edward Duphilly, 20, of Attleboro was arrested on County Street on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a license. He was also accused of not having an inspection sticker.
  • 5:17 p.m. Chani L. Leighton, 29, of Attleboro was arrested at 501 South Main St. on a warrant. She was charged with larceny by check under $250.
  • 10:05 p.m. Emanuel Santiago-Ortiz, 28, of Boston and Georgio M. Jamison, 19, of Attleboro were arrested on Dunham Street on suspicion of disturbing the peace.

April 12

  • 11:59 a.m. Stephanie Martin, 25, of Rehoboth was arrested on May Street on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a license revoked for being a habitual traffic offender. She was also accused of not having an inspection sticker.
  • 12:37 p.m. Melissa Lincoln, 24, of Attleboro was arrested at 110 North Main St. on suspicion of shoplifting and disorderly conduct.
  • 7:24 p.m. Angel Osorio, 30, of North Attleboro was arrested on Emory Street on a warrant. He was charged with leaving the scene of property damage.
  • 8:36 p.m. Justin Matthew Wheeler, 21, of Mansfield was arrested at 88 North Main St. on suspicion of possession of class B and C drugs as well as less than one ounce of marijuana.
  • 9:18 p.m. George Carney, 25, of Mansfield was arrested on North Main Street on suspicion of three counts of possessing a class B drug. He was also accused of violating a state highway signal or sign.
  • 9:31 p.m. Tara L. Buchanan, 43, of Central Falls was arrested on County Street on an unspecified warrant and suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
  • 10:56 p.m. Jacob Joseph LaCourse, 22, of Attleboro was arrested at 5 Sixth St. on a warrant as well as suspicion of two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and two counts of assault and battery. 

April 13

  • 9:10 a.m. Nikkol K. Shepard, 40, of Pawtucket was arrested on Turner Street on a warrant and suspicion of operating an unregistered motor vehicle with a suspended license. She was charged with reckless endangerment to children.
  • 1:20 p.m. Tina M. Dangelo, 25, of Braintree was arrested on Keith Drive on a warrant and suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
  • 5:51 p.m. Douglas P. Marquette, 30, of Attleboro was arrested on North Main Street on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. He was also accused of speeding.
