Ex-Attleboro Police Sergeant Released From Prison
Richard Woodhead pleaded guilty to federal child pornography charges in December 2017.

ATTLEBORO - Richard Woodhead, a former city police sergeant who pleaded guilty to federal child pornography charges in December 2017, has been released from prison.
Woodhead posted an ad called "Perv on your Daughter" where an undercover agent posed as a father willing to send Woodhead nude photos of his 8 year old daughter, according to the Sun Chronicle.
Though it's not clear when he was released, based on court records Woodhead is now living in a halfway house in Pawtucket under a residential re-entry program. He served his sentence in a federal prison in Ohio and now is on probation for the 10 years.
