Fugitives, Skipping Jury Duty and Drugs

The following information about recent local arrests and charges was supplied by the Attleboro Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.

May 14

  • *2:29 a.m. Christopher Allen Cunniff, 27, of Attleboro was arrested at 1503 Park St. on suspicion of felony nighttime breaking and entering, being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant, attempt to commit a crime and two counts of defacing property.
  • 1:03 p.m. Dennis E. Pelletier, 51, of Attleboro was arrested on Robbins Street on a warrant. He was charged with operating an unregistered vehicle.
  • 6:18 p.m. Francisco Medrano, 26, of Providence was arrested on Maple Street on suspicion of operating an unregistered vehicle without a license and possessing less than an ounce of marijuana.
  • 6:31 p.m. Kevin Freddrick Ramirez, 25, of Attleboro was arrested on Maple Street on suspicion of possessing a class B drug.

May 15

  • 7:25 a.m. Fredy Gustavo Esteban, 28, of Attleboro was arrested on Orange Street on suspicion of operating a vehicle without a license.
  • 12:40 p.m. Reynaldo Alexander Martinez, 20, of Attleboro was arrested at 103 Pleasant St. on suspicion of credit card fraud under $250, identity fraud and false impersonation, using a vehicle without authority and two counts of attempt to commit a crime.
  • 4:48 p.m. Christopher Paul Casino, 48, of Attleboro was arrested at his County Street home on suspicion of being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant.
  • 7:55 p.m. Jesse Sheridan, 36 of Attleboro was arrested on John Street on suspicion of operating a vehicle with a suspended license.
  • 10:03 p.m. Shantael L. Goulart, 26, of Taunton was arrested at 27 North Ave. on a warrant. She was charged with shoplifting items worth $100 or more.
  • 10:24 p.m. Samantha G. English, 24, of Cumberland was arrested at 366 Washington St. on suspicion of uttering a false prescription.

  • 12:57 a.m. Perry M. Fedorak, 23, of Woonsocket was arrested at 191 North Main St. on suspicion of uttering a false prescription and conspiracy to violate a drug law.
  • 10:37 a.m. Daniel J. Magro, 25, of Attleboro was arrested at his Maynard Street home on a warrant. He was charged with failure to attend jury duty.
  • 9:36 p.m. Samantha M. Barros, 17, of Cumberland was arrested at 1130 Newport Ave. on suspicion of two counts of shoplifting, resisting arrest and receiving stolen property.
