Services such as mail delivery and pickup and garbage pickup will be delayed, with most garbage trucks operating on a holiday weekday schedule.
The MBTA will be operating with limited services, with the subway, bus, ferry and The RIDE operating on a Sunday schedule and the Commuter Rail operating on a weekend schedule. Parking meters will not be in effect.
