The unofficial end to summer has arrived.

Here’s what’s open and what’s closed on Labor Day in town, and don’t forget — with the Monday holiday, trash and recycling will be delayed a day.

Town offices, schools, and libraries are closed Monday. All federal and state offices are also closed.

Here is some additional information on what is open and closed on Labor Day:

• Banks - All banks are closed on Labor Day.
• Bars, Restaurants - All are open regular hours at the owner’s discretion.
• Liquor Stores - Open at owner's discretion
