Avalon Exeter Construction Expected Complete in '14
Building will hold 187 housing units when finished.
The Boston Redevelopment Authority posted a picture and other information regarding the ongoing construction of the Avalon Exeter in Back Bay.
According to the BRA, it's going to be a $100 million residential building with 28 stories, 187 units and 242,000-square-feet of space inside a stone and glass tower.
Ground was broken on the building at 77 Exeter St. in 2011. The project, from developer AvalonBay and Elkus Manfredi Architects, is expected to be completed next year.
