Chef Bissonnette Offers Cooking Demonstration at Trident Cafe
Coppa and Toro Head Chef Jamie Bissonnette will be offering a free demonstration at Trident Booksellers and Cafe.

If there's one thing we know about Head Chef Jamie Bissonnette, it's that he loves meat.
This Thursday, Trident Booksellers is hosting Bissonnette at its Back Bay shop for a cooking demonstration in honor of the new cookbook Primal Cuts: Cooking with America's Best Butchers, in which Bissonnette is featured.
Step into , his newest South End restaurant ( on Washington Street is another popular Bissonnette destination) and you'll find a menu chock full of items made from unusual cuts of meat (Bissonnette is known for his all-part-of-the-pig approach to cooking). Fried pig's head terrine, anyone?
