Fatal Shooting On Mass Ave: Police Release Photo Of Wanted Man
Boston Police are asking for the public's help to find a murder suspect wanted in connection with a murder near Symphony Hall last fall.

BOSTON, MA — The Boston Police Department is seeking the public’s help in an effort to locate Alan Lewis, 32, of Brockton in connection with the murder of 37-year-old last year near Symphony Hall.
Lewis is described as a black, about 6’1” tall, weighing about 210 lbs.
In November police responded to a call for shots fired in the area of 333 Massachusetts Ave. around 8:05 p.m. and found a man sitting in the driver's seat with multiple gunshot wounds. His car had crashed into a parked vehicle near the Huntington Ave. intersection. He was taken to a hospital where he died. At that time police were on the lookout for a dark colored SUV.

Police said previously they believed the shooting to be gang related, Patch reported.
Police said the investigation is ongoing and ask anyone with information relative to Lewis and his whereabouts to call Homicide Detectives at (617) 343-4470 or the anonymous Tip Line at 1(800)494-TIPS or by texting the word ‘TIP’ to CRIME (27463).
