Police: Body Found In Albany Street Parking Lot

Police are investigating a dead body found around 8:50 a.m. Tuesday morning in the rear parking lot of an Albany Street building.

Homicide units were notified of the incident however a police spokesman said the body showed no signs of trauma. Details remain under wraps while the investigation continues.

The building, part of the complex at 774 Albany Street, is close to several area homeless shelters including the Woods-Mullen Shelter at 784 Mass Ave. and Jean Yawkey Place, a facility at 780 Albany Street that provides comprehensive services for the homeless.
