Urban Wellness Weekend January 12-13th

Then the upcoming Bare Bones Yoga Urban Wellness Weekend, hosted by certified yoga teacher and local author Karen Fabian, could be just the thing for you. A mix of wellness seminars as well as yoga and meditation practice, the two-day event also features inspirational speakers and structured opportunities for networking and healthy skill-building.

Jenny, a Paralympian and rowing instructor from Boston, is also looking forward to attending the event “because exercise and fitness are such a huge part of overall wellness, and even the smallest amount of exercise-- no matter your body type or ability level-- creates a brighter outlook.”
