13 Barnstable High Students Nominated For Student Emmy's
Broadcast teacher Adam Farrell congratulated the students and called them a "really talented and creative group."
BARNSTABLE, MA — Three video projects created by 13 Barnstable High School students were nominated for the 2020 National Student Production Awards, also known as the Student Emmy's.
This year’s submissions included over 2000 entries from the regional chapters of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. Entries were judged by selected industry professionals and media academics, and three projects out of Barnstable were chosen.
"This was a really talented and creative group and a true testament to what students can achieve if they put their all into our program," said Adam Farrell, a broadcasting teacher at Barnstable High School.
