Barnstable Boston Marathon Runners: Results, Winners
Thomas Deeg was the fastest Barnstable runner in the 2017 Boston Marathon with a time of 2:39:16.

BOSTON, MA — The 2017 Boston Marathon Monday featured more than 30,000 runners and 18 of them are from Barnstable. Thomas Deeg, 36, was the fastest Barnstable runner with a time of 2 hours, 39 minutes and 16 seconds. - Tao Nguyen, 38: 4:17:41
Overall, Kenyan Geoffrey Kirui won the men's race with a time of 2 hours, 9 minutes and 37 seconds. Fellow Kenyan Edna Kiplagat won the women's race with a time of 2 hours, 21 minutes and 53 seconds. Both were running the Boston Marathon for the first time.
