Help Katelynn's Closet Foot the Bill for Back to School Sneakers
S Yarmouth non-profit seeks to raise $9,000.00 to buy sneakers for Cape and Islands children in need. Can you donate $20.00 to buy a pair?
Katelynn’s Closet, established in 2009, is a 501c3 non-profit that provides needy children on Cape Cod and the Islands, ages 4-18, with clothing, footwear, and basics in order to help them maintain their dignity and foster self-esteem. Our busiest season is approaching. Back to School requests will start coming in from area social workers. Along with a week's worth of clothes, we provide every child with a new pair of sneakers. We anticipate needing at least 450 pairs of sneakers.
We're asking folks to help us "Foot the Bill" and contribute $20.00 or more to buy a pair of sneakers. We hope to raise $9000.00 to cover the cost of the sneakers.
