Main Street In Hyannis To Close For Construction
Crews are closing part of Main Street while they work to remove barriers that provided access to more outdoor dining in the summer and fall.
HYANNIS, MA — Main Street in Hyannis will close its northbound lane Thursday as crews work to remove concrete barriers.
The barriers were used to provide more pedestrians access and outdoor shopping and dining space during the summer and beginning of fall amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The closure will start at 10 p.m. and run until 6 a.m., Friday.

Traffic will be delayed as police officers direct vehicles during work hours. Drivers are advised to seek alternate routes and to use caution when operating through the work zone.
