MIAA Football Tournament: Barnstable, King Philip Set For Round 1

BARNSTABLE, MA — The sixth-seeded Barnstable Raiders will be on the road against the third-seeded King Philip Warriors Friday night in the first round of the MIAA Div. 2 South football tournament. The game kicks off at 7 p.m. at King Philip Regional High School.

Barnstable finished the year 5-2, while King Philip went 6-1 on the season. The victor will play the winner of the Mansfield-Marshfield game. If Barnstable wins, they will be on the road for the second round. King Philip will be remain at home if they pull off the victory.
