Not Your Average Joe's Reopening In Hyannis

HYANNIS, MA — The Cape Cod Mall is in the midst of renovations that have brought in a Target, as well as plans for a Dick's Sporting Goods and several new restaurants. Last January, Not Your Average Joe's closed during those renovations, but the restaurant will make its return at 4 p.m. Nov. 18.

Prior to opening, Not Your Average Joe's will have a ribbon cutting ceremony outside the restaurant at 3:30 p.m. CEO Peter D'Amelio told Cape Cod Today he's excited to bring the restaurant's casual and affordable take on made-from-scratch dining back to Hyannis.

"We are very excited to reopen our doors in Hyannis," Demelio told Cape Cod Today. "I think new and old customers will be excited to see the new restaurant, enjoy the different food items found on our new menu, and discover what they’ve been missing these past ten months."

Not Your Average Joe's is hiring managers, cooks, bartenders, servers and more to get ready for its reopening. Management is conducting on the spot interviews from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Sundays until Oct. 31. Hiring information can be found at the mall's website.
