• Maritime Museum School Vacation Programming

Where/When: Maritime Museum, Mon., Tues. Wed., Thurs. and Fri. from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Why Go: The kids K-8 will love spending the day at the museum doing themed projects from making a treasure map to mini buoys. Parents can enjoy the museum with older or younger kids, too. All activities are included in museum admission - awesome!

Pricing: Admission $5, Students & Seniors $4, Children 7 & under FREE

• Cape Cod Children's Museum

Where/When: Cape Cod Children's Museum, Mon. through Sat., 10am to 5pm and Sun., noon to 5pm

Why Go: Almost the same deal as the Maritime Museum, tons of activities to choose from each day. Things like puppet shows, bees to buttermaking workshops. Check out the wholeschedule. 

Pricing: Free for museum members, $7 for everyone except seniors at $6 (Get grandma or grandpa to take them - save a buck and get some time off!)

* Hyannis Youth and Community Center

Where/When: April School Vacation Week Fun Program, Tues. through Fri., April 16-19, 8:30am-4pm, grades 1-5

Why Go: Local field trips, activities, and play. 

Pricing: $100, plus nominal fee for some of the field trips.

John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum

Where/When: Opens mid-April, Mon. through Sat., 10am to 4pm; Sun., noon -4pm.

Why Go: Learn about President John F. Kennedy, who loved Cape Cod.

Pricing: Adults 18 and over $8, children 10-17, $3, children under 10, free, seniors over 65, $4. Prices include admission to the Cape Cod Baseball League Hall of Fame.
