Whidden and Red Raiders Anticipate New Football Season

The team that went 9-2 last year may have lost some players but not their vision.

Coach Chris Whidden led a steely crew last year that ranked 16th in the state. Replicating that success may be difficult with the unit of seniors that moved on, but two-way tackle Owen Murray is returning and will be at the forefront of this Red Raiders squad.

This powerhouse hosts Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School for the season opener on Friday, Sept. 5 at 6 p.m.
