Beacon Hill Wow: Small House Big Price Tag Version
This one rings up to be about $1K per square foot. How about that?
BEACON HILL, MA — Yes, we know that homes in Boston are expensive. But we went in search, curious to find what that meant when it came to smaller spaces. According to the folks at Realtor.com there are 204 homes listed as "single family houses" on the market with a Boston address. Amid those we found this 1,066 foot home. There were only three others listed in Boston as smaller. But this one, situated on Beacon Hill, was definitely the one with the highest price tag at $1.5 million, or a little more than $1,000 per square foot.
Keep in mind it is in Beacon Hill and it is pretty dang charming.
