Linear Retail Signs Local Luxury Jewelry Store at 62 Charles Street
Linear Retail Properties, LLC, announced today that Persona Jewelry+ has signed a lease at its last remaining vacancy in Beacon Hill, located at 62 Charles Street in Boston, Massachusetts. Persona Jewelry+ will occupy 1,500 sf next to Peet’s Coffee & Tea.
Persona Jewelry+ is a local, luxury, lifestyle jewelry company known for their unique jewelry and on-site master jeweler. Co-owners of Persona, Margarita Druker and Gary Shteyman (a master jewelry craftsman with 20 years of experience) created the brand ten years ago and currently operate in Boston’s Back Bay. Persona will feature one-on-one custom design consultations, Diamonds 101 classes, personalized Bridal Concierge & Registry, as well as on-site jewelry repair and servicing. Additionally, the shop will carry one-of-a-kind, fine jewelry individually curated from local, regional and international artisans featuring diamonds, exotic pearls, and precious & semi-precious stones set in golds, platinum and silver as well as luxury watches, handbags, fine china and gift items.

The jewelry store will open next to Peet’s Coffee & Tea - located at 66 Charles Street. Persona Jewelry+ is planning a Fall 2014 opening and Peet’s is scheduled to open before the holidays this year.
Key dealmakers included Joel Kadis, Partner of Leasing and Evan Eisenhardt, Leasing Representative, both of Linear Retail. Kadis commented, “The Persona Jewelry+ and Peet’s Coffee & Tea deals complete our vision to bring vibrant, high-end retailers to this signature Beacon Hill location.”

When the spot became available after Peet’s signed their lease, we jumped at the opportunity to take the remaining space.”
