Bedford Dunkin' Donuts Not Part of Fast-Service Pilot Program
With the Dunkin' VIP app, customers can order up to 24 hours in advance and cut down on wait times at nine Boston and 19 other locations.

BEDFORD, MA - Starting today, about two dozen Dunkin' Donuts locations in Massachusetts will allow customers to use a new VIP mobile app to cut down on wait time for their coffee and doughnuts.
Unfortunately, Bedford residents will just have to wait a little while longer for their VIP treatment.

Those customers will be able to order their iced coffee while in their Pjs at home, and then have it waiting for them to pick up at nine Boston and 19 other Massachusetts and Rhode island locations.
The new "Dunkin' VIP" app will only be available to Dunkin' Perks members and is only accessible from an iPhone.

Through the app customers will be able to order up to 24 hours in advance and can save orders for future use.
The success of the feature at more than 125 Maine Dunkin' Donuts locations prompted the expansion to the 28 sites in Massachusetts.
Communities that will get to try the no waiting app include 9 Dunkin' Donuts in Boston plus 19 locations in these communities Avon, Canton, Hanover, Leominster, Milford, Newton, Norwood, Wakefield, Wellesley, Weymouth and Cranston, RI.
