Christmas Tree Collection Begins Monday in Bedford
The town Public Works Department announced the trees will be collected curbside Monday through Friday next week.

The branches have likely dried out by now, a shower of pine needles falls to the floor each time you walk by, and the once-festive symbol of Christmas is now a saggy, brown dead plant.
It’s time to get rid of the Christmas tree.
The Bedford Department of Public Works announced that Republic Services will be collecting Christmas trees starting Monday, Jan. 11, continuing through Friday, Jan. 15.

The department reminded residents to remove all ornaments, tinsel, lights, plastic bags and an other object from the tree before placing it at the curb. It should be placed separate from trash cart and recycling bins on Monday by 7 a.m.
