City Of Bedford's DPW Recycling Event This Saturday October 24

The Department of Public Works is holding another recycling event on Saturday 10/24 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Compost Center at 108 Carlisle Road.

There will be collections for:Scrap MetalRigid PlasticsTiresPropane TanksExpired Fire Extinguishers

**To avoid traffic backing up on Carlisle Road and Winterberry Way, the DPW is alphabetically staggering the hours by last name and is asking for residents to come at the appropriate hour.**

A - F: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AMG - K: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AML - O: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AMP - Z: 11:00 AM - NoonAll Residents: Noon -1:00 PM

Materials must be accessible from the rear of the vehicle, and residents must remain in their vehicle. A Proof of Residency is required.
