Newton Police responded to a call from Newton-Wellesley Hospital and arrested a Waltham man for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon: pruning shears: http://patch.com/A-3YGs

Calling AAA...Under the Influence
A Wellesley man was arrested after he allegedly drove under the influence of alcohol and attempted to call AAA after losing a wheel on his vehicle.

Skateboard Crossing
