SEX OFFENDER LIST: Where Do Bedford's Highest Level Sex Offenders Live and Work?

Bedford has 10 Level 3 sex offenders who either live or work in the town, according to the state’s Sex Offender Registry Board.

The Level 3 designation is reserved for the most severe offenders, according to the state’s Sex Offender Registry Board. These types of sex offenders pose a ”high risk” to reoffend. They are not wanted by police—and it’s illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.

Local registered sex offenders include:

David M. Baxter, 46, works at 34 Crosby Drive; multiple counts of child rape.

Michael E. Berry, 53, works at 200 Springs Road; child rape and aggravated rape.

John Bonjokian, 79, lives at 200 Springs Road; indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age.

Jeffrey E. Curtis, 60, lives at 200 Springs Road; Indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age.

Juan Jeffrey Ingram, 61, works at 200 Springs Road; rape.

Daniel M. Lak, 61, works at 200 Springs Road; open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior and aggravated rape.

Richard Paul Lucas, 63, homeless; unnatural and lascivious acts with child under 16.

Mattew S. O’Malley, 72, works at 5 Oak Park Drive; rape of child with force and indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older.

David Calvin Park, 71, lives at 200 Springs Road; rape and indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age.

Michael J. Pearson, 63, lives at 200 Springs Road; child rape and indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age
