Belmont School Calendar 2018-19: First Day Of School, Vacations

BELMONT, MA — The first day of school in Belmont is September 5 — and whether you and the kids are looking forward to the new school year or are dreading the end of summer, you’ll want to mark the date on your calendar ASAP. The Belmont School District has released its 2018-2019 calendar for public schools.

The calendar includes important dates such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays, early dismissals and parent-teacher conferences.

October

• 10/8: No School (Columbus Day)

November

• 11/12: No School (Veterans Day)
• 11/21: Early Dismissal
• 11/22 -11/23: No School (Thanksgiving Recess)

December

• 12/22-1/1: No School (Winter Recess)

January

• 1/21: No School (Martin Luther King Jr. Day)

February

• 2/16-2/24: No School (February Recess)

April

• 4/13-4/12: No School (April Recess)

May

• 5/27: No School (Memorial Day)

June

• 6/2: High School Graduation
• 6/21: Last Day of School/Early Release
