Belmont Select Board Looking For Committee Applicants

BELMONT, MA — Belmont's Select Board is looking to fill vacancies on two of the towns committees. The Economic Development Committee and the Long Term Capital Planning Committee both need applicants.

The Role of the Belmont Economic Development Committee (BEDC) is to develop
implement, and update the recommendations in the Belmont Business Strategy, in conjunction
with Town staff and departments.

The Long Term Capital Planning Committee assists the Town Administrator in the preparation and an annual review of a long term capital improvement program. The Committee makes recommendations on long term capital expenditure requests from Town boards and departments.
